In the Light of the Torah – Diverse Orthodox Jewish Life Before the Era of Peril
An exciting exhibition will open in the synagogue on Sunday, March 15, presenting the Orthodox Jewish world before the Holocaust. The exhibition is a traveling exhibition of the HDKE – Holocaust Documentation Center and Memorial Collection – supplemented with the history and documents of the former Orthodoxy of Szeged.
The exhibition will be opened by: Dr. Balázs Fényes, associate professor, honorary professor (ORZSE, SZTE-BTK)
After the opening, a curatorial tour will be given by Dr. habil. Norbert Glässer, associate professor (SZTE-BTK, HDKE)
